Anil Verma, M.A., M.B.A, General Manager
Anil has been working in the retirement industry for over 15 years. Anil committed himself to continuously improving Country Haven’s services and facilities for the benefit of its residents. He truly enjoys working with seniors with goal of making a positive difference in lives of his residents. Anil is proud to work with an experienced team that shares the same values and dedication to quality and excellence.
Kelly Kosnaskie, R.P.N, Director of Care/Administrator
Kelly has been with Country Haven since 1994. She started working as a RPN after graduating from Algonquin College with a RPN certificate. Kelly assumed the role of Director of Care in 2007 and then added the role of Administrator in 2018. Kelly is responsible for all the employees at Country Haven who are committed to ensuring that all the residents receives high quality of care and services. Kelly knows the level of care that is required to make Country Haven a true home for its residents. Highly praised by residents and their families alike, Kelly is available to all residents and their families for any support or assistance that they may require.
Margaret Ann Leach, Head Chef
Since her original hire in 1991, Margaret Ann has continued to be an inventive chef for the residents of Country Haven. Known for her delicious and nutritious meals, Margaret Ann makes resident care and health her top priority. When she’s not preparing her renowned recipes in the kitchen, you can find Margaret volunteering her time to the Health and Safety committee, fundraising events, and much more.
Darlene Sweeney, Administrative Assistant
Darlene worked at Country Haven from 1992 to 2001 as a RPN. She went on maternity leave and joined us back in 2017. Darlene assists Kelly and Anil in running the office efficiently and keeping all the records up to date.
