For those who may require assistance with activities of daily living, residents who choose an assisted lifestyle option receive enhanced physical care. This includes:
- Assistance with dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
- Escort to and from common areas
- Supervised or assisted bathing
- Coordination of select healthcare services, as required
You can take peace of mind in knowing that your loved one is in good hands with our staff, who are on-site 24-hours a day. Our memory care residents reside on our secure third floor, in close proximity to our nursing station. Memory care residents can also enjoy activity programs tailored to their needs and take advantage of our facilities, which are safe, secure, and under supervision.
At Country Haven, we offer specialized care options such as respite care, for those who are looking for a short-term solution, and convalescence care, to support a return to health after illness, hospitalization or surgery.
